Intake

Preparation & Recommended Use

Mix 25 g of powder (approx. 3 heaped tablespoons) with 300 ml of cold unsweetened almond drink or another creamy alternative in a shaker and shake for 20 seconds. Drink 1 – 2 servings daily.

Note

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake! Keep out of reach of young children. High caffeine content (28 mg / 100 ml). Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for children and adolescents under 18 years. Do not consume on an empty stomach. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Glucomannan may contribute to weight loss as part of a calorie-reduced diet. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three portions of 1 g each, taken with 1–2 glasses of water before meals – always in combination with a low-calorie diet. Protein contributes to an increase in muscle mass. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
