You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (IronMaxx Nutrition, Wegelinstraße 15, 50354 Hürth, info@ironmaxx.de, Telephone: 02233-7191-0, Fax: 02233-7191-120) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or to IronMaxx Nutrition Customer Service, Wegelinstraße 15, 50354 Hürth, without undue delay and in any event not later than thirty days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of thirty days has expired. We will bear the cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
End of the Cancellation Policy
(2) The right of cancellation does not apply, unless the parties have agreed otherwise, to the following contracts:
1. Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,

1. Please note that according to our return policy, returns of products that have been opened or started cannot be accepted, unless there is a provable defect or flaw. We ask for your understanding that for reasons of product safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns of opened goods unless it is a product that provably does not meet the stated standards or is defective.
2. Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. Please return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components to us if possible. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide suitable packaging for sufficient protection against transport damage to avoid claims for damages due to improper packaging.
3. Please do not return the goods freight collect. We will provide you with a free DHL return label by mail or post if the return shipping costs are not to be borne by you.
4. Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
