A comparison with a simple protein bar would not do justice to this flavourful marvel. Unlike conventional protein bars, the Qrispie® does not consist solely of a protein layer and a chocolate coating, but instead has several delicious and creamy layers. These harmonise with each other and provide a real taste experience. Depending on the flavour, the protein layer has been enhanced with roasted, chopped almonds or crunchy sunflower seed protein rice crispies. There is also a creamy centre and a topping of almonds or crispies directly under the delicious chocolate coating. Although this protein bar is at least on a par with normal chocolate bars in terms of flavour, it scores with significantly better nutritional values. It does not contain a lot of sugar, quite the opposite: you consume a maximum of 1.6g of sugar per 45g protein bar. This means that the Qrispie® is also ideal for low-sugar diet plans and is a real treat without a guilty conscience. Of course, it was also very important to us that this protein bar fulfils the requirements for High Protein status, which it undoubtedly does. There are 33g of protein per 100g. Use this protein bar as a tasty post-workout snack or simply provide your body with high-quality protein in between meals. Protein contributes to both the maintenance of muscle mass and an increase in muscle mass.
