As it should be with protein bars, this High Protein Bar scores with a high protein content. Depending on the flavour, you can consume up to 16g of protein with just one protein bar. The Protein & Nut is therefore a good snack to cover part of your daily protein requirement. There is no alternative to a sufficient supply of protein for muscle maintenance and muscle building. However, proteins not only contribute to maintaining and increasing muscle mass, but also to maintaining normal bones.
Protein & Nut naturally contains sugar. However, no sugars have been added to it. This means that you can enjoy this flavour experience without any guilt. IronMaxx® has developed several exciting flavours for you, which contain different types of nuts. The Protein & Nut is available in Almond Black & White Flavour, Salted Cashew Caramel Flavour and Pistachio-White Choc Flavour. No palm oil was used in the development of the protein bars, and for good reason: the rapidly growing number of oil palm plantations is causing social and ecological problems in the producing countries and destroying large parts of the rainforests there. To ensure that the Protein & Nut protein bar can be enjoyed by as many people as possible, it is also gluten-free in many flavours.
