L-Tyrosine - Provides a clear view

L-tyrosine or simply tyrosine is a nonessential amino acid. It is synthesized from the essential amino acid phenylalanine, which must be made available to the body either through the diet or through dietary supplements. The adrenal medulla from the tyrosine then forms the hormones epinephrine and norepinephrine, which are immediately directed into the blood when needed. In addition to 19 other amino acids tyrosine belongs to the group of proteinogenic amino acids. In the body, only these amino acids are used as building blocks for the body's own protein. Each protein source has a high tyrosine content, this proportion is particularly high in casein protein. However, it is not easy for athletes today to meet the demand for amino acids. On the one hand, the need for intensive sports activities increases enormously and, in addition, foods are becoming ever more nutrient-poor. Supplements can help prevent deficits. Especially in sports, deficiency symptoms can lead to severe performance restrictions and also have a negative effect on the health of the athletes. Thus, in deficiency, especially in tyrosine may express in sleep disorders, muscle tension, cravings for sweet, lack of motivation, lack of life friends and in concentration weaknesses. On the other hand, tyrosine, as has been shown in several studies, can cause various positive effects. In general, it can promote assertiveness, concentration and alertness. It also acts as a source of neurotransmitters amusing and mood lifting. In addition, many athletes report improved focus, which helps them stay focused and recall performance, especially during diet or exercise-intensive times. For pure tyrosine products such as the IronMaxx Amino Tyrosine, a dose of 1 to 2 grams is recommended both immediately prior to exercise and mental effort.
