Fitness Pizza by IronMaxx® provides you with a full 35g of protein per serving (100g). It impresses with a high-quality protein blend of wheat protein, pumpkin seed protein, sunflower seed protein, egg protein and protein-enriched whey powder. Proteins help maintain and increase muscle mass. What's more, a portion of Fitness Pizza contains just 2.3g of sugar.
The yeast contained in the Fitness Pizza, in combination with the flours present – wheat, soy and oats – ensures that the dough rises well. This mixture provides a total of 39g of carbohydrates. The pizza also gives you almost 7g of fibre per serving.
Preparation & recommended use: Knead 100g of baking mix and 75ml of water with a hand mixer for about 4 minutes to form a smooth dough. Cover and allow to rest for about 20 minutes. Then roll out between two strips of baking paper. Remove the top baking paper and add your preferred toppings. Bake for 10-12 minutes at approx. 200-220°C (convection).
