Preparation and Recommended dose: Mix 5 g of powder with water or any other drink. We suggest to mix it with weight gainers or protein shakes. Take one serving 30 minutes before and directly after training. On training free days, one serving should be taken before breakfast and one before dinner. Warning: Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. To achieve the best results, take 3 g a day. Creatine should not be taken for more than a few weeks in total. Weight gain may occur.
