Collagen or collagen is a complex protein found predominantly in the connective tissue (including the subcutaneous tissue ), in our tendons, ligaments, bones, joints, hair and teeth. Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body, accounting for more than 30% and, generally speaking, its shape and stability. The structure of collagen is a highly resilient superhelix that provides firmness to the connective tissue of the skin, skeletal bones, cartilage and tendons and ligaments.
The combination of the amino acids glycine, proline and hydroxyproline is particularly common in collagen and also in our collagen drink . Due to the special properties of these amino acids, which can fold and curve, a particularly stiff structure is created. Tight skin, hard bones, strong joints, full hair, healthy tendons and ligaments are the result. To promote these beneficial properties and to prevent deficiency, collagen is an ideal dietary supplement for drinking.
Preparation and Recommended Dose: Put 12g of powder and 300 ml water into the shaker. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Take one serving per day.
