PREPARATION & RECOMMENDED DOSE: Add 30 g of the protein powder (approx. 3 tablespoons) to 500 ml water and mix vigorously using the shaker for 20 seconds. To achieve the stated positive effect, we recommend to drink 1 - 4 servings per day. Best is the usage prior to high-intensity training or a competition, directly after the work-out and before bedtime.
